1. Acceptance of Terms

Using the website means full acceptance of these terms. If the user disagrees, they must stop using the website.

2. Who Operates the Service

The website is owned and operated by Individual entrepreneur Artur Churilov (OGRNIP 317784700274428, INN 781698056498), registered in the Russian Federation. You can reach us at support@climate-wear.ru or via the Contacts page.

3. Nature of the Service

Climate Wear is an information service and a weather-data aggregator. It takes forecasts from third-party providers, matches them against parameters the user selects, and shows a reference hint on what to wear. The administration provides no medical, meteorological, advisory, or other professional services and does not sell clothing.

Recommendations are generated automatically, including by machine-learning algorithms, are for reference only, and may be inaccurate. They do not account for health conditions, age, individual cold or heat tolerance, or a person’s circumstances; they are not medical, professional, or emergency advice and do not replace it.

How to dress and whether to go outside is the user’s own decision, taken at the user’s own risk. In severe weather, rely on official warnings from the national weather service and emergency authorities, not on this service. Information about items, brands, shops, and materials is reference material drawn from public sources and is neither advertising nor an offer by those parties.

The core features of the website are free. Some features require signing in, and some of those may be paid — the price and terms are shown in the interface before payment.

4. Account and Sign-In

An account lets you keep your wardrobe, profiles, cities, and trips. Sign-in is handled by the ZERNO single sign-on service (id.zerno.one): this website neither asks for nor stores your password. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and must tell us if someone else has gained access.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at the address above. We may restrict access to an account that breaches these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

Users must not disrupt website operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

6. User Content

Users may upload photos of items, outfits, and wardrobes, and add descriptions and other materials (“user content”). By uploading, the user confirms that they hold the necessary rights in the material or have the rights holder’s permission, and that any people depicted have consented to the publication and use of their image.

It is prohibited to upload material that infringes third-party copyright or trademarks, depicts people without their consent, contains third parties’ personal data, pornography, violence, abuse, threats, extremist material, advertising of prohibited goods or other unlawful content, or material unrelated to the purpose of the service.

By uploading, the user grants the Administration a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, technically process (crop, resize, compress, remove the background), display the material on the website and related services, and include it in public feeds and curated selections. The licence lasts while the material remains posted and ends when it is deleted — except for copies in backups and caches, which are removed on ordinary technical schedules. Ownership of the material stays with the user.

User content is not screened by the Administration before publication. The Administration may, but is not obliged to, unpublish or delete any material that breaches these terms or the law. Featuring material in a feed or a selection does not mean rights in it have been verified and is not an endorsement by the Administration.

The user who posted material is responsible for it and shall reimburse the Administration for losses and costs caused by third-party claims relating to that material.

7. Rights-Holder Complaints and Content Removal

With respect to user content the Administration acts as an information intermediary (Art. 1253.1 of the Russian Civil Code, and comparable safe-harbour rules elsewhere, including 17 U.S.C. § 512): it provides the technical means to post material, does not initiate its transmission, does not select the recipient, and does not alter it in substance. There is no pre-moderation and no continuous monitoring.

If material infringes your rights, send a notice to copyright@climate-wear.ru. A report prepared as described on the “User Content: Complaints and Rights Protection” page is handled within 24 hours: access to the material is restricted, the user is notified and may file a counter-notice. The procedure, notice requirements, restoration timelines, and consequences for repeat infringers are set out on that page.

8. Intellectual Property

Website content, including text, design, code, and visual assets, is protected by intellectual property laws. Use is allowed only as expressly permitted by law or the rights holder. This section does not affect rights in user content, which are governed by section 6.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". The administration does not guarantee absolute data accuracy and is not liable for possible direct or indirect losses related to website use, except where required by applicable law.

The administration is not liable for harm to life or health resulting from clothing choices, time spent outdoors, or other user decisions, for the accuracy of third-party forecasts, or for the quality of third-party goods and services mentioned on the website.

10. External Services and Data

Weather data is provided by third-party providers (including Open-Meteo). Sign-in is handled by the ZERNO service. The administration is not responsible for third-party outages or possible data inaccuracies from such providers.

12. Changes to Terms

The administration may update these terms unilaterally. The updated version takes effect upon publication on this page unless stated otherwise.
